Our 30-day guarantee

We want you happy with your magnets. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it or refund it - your choice - free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping on a confirmed quality issue is on us.

Personalized products

Because every magnet is custom-printed from your photo, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for a photo that printed exactly as you uploaded it. This is standard for personalized goods. We strongly recommend reviewing your image quality first - see best photos to use for photo magnets - so your order prints sharp the first time.

What is covered

  • Magnets that arrive damaged or broken in transit
  • Printing defects (off-color, blurry, streaked) on our end
  • Wrong item, wrong size or wrong quantity shipped
  • Orders that never arrive after the expected delivery window

How to start a return or claim

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
  3. We respond within 1-2 business days with a replacement or refund, and a prepaid return label if a return is needed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
