Shipping Policy

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination within the United States. The rate is shown before you pay, so there are no surprises at the final step.

Handling and delivery times

Because every magnet is printed to order from your photo, orders need a short production window before they ship.

  • Handling (production): 1-3 business days
  • Transit: 2-5 business days after dispatch
  • Total: most US orders arrive within 3-8 business days

Larger bulk orders (for weddings or events) may need an extra day or two in production. If your order is time-sensitive, email us before ordering and we will confirm the timeline.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is planned and will be added here when available. If you are outside the US and want an update, email [email protected].

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to register the first scan.

Bulk and event orders

Large orders for weddings, showers or corporate events are welcome and ship the same way. Because every magnet is printed to order, a big batch may need an extra day or two in production - if you have a hard deadline (a wedding mailing, a party date), email us first and we will confirm the timeline before you order so nothing arrives late.

Address changes and lost packages

Need to change your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible - we can update it any time before the order is dispatched. If a tracked package stalls or goes missing in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier and, where needed, reprint and reship under our refunds and returns policy. Double-check your address at checkout, since a wrong address is the most common cause of a delayed delivery.
