About this site

Get Photo Magnets publishes guides about custom photo magnets and offers a small range of made-to-order magnet products.

Orders and custom printing

Our magnets are printed to order from the photo or artwork you upload. By placing an order you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the image, or have permission to use it.
• You grant us the limited right to reproduce that image solely to print and fulfill your order.
• Your image does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark or privacy rights.

We may decline to print content that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed; an item shown as available may sell out. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel an affected order with a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Refunds & Returns policy, both incorporated into these terms.

Intellectual property

All site content - text, layout, graphics and logos - is owned by Get Photo Magnets and may not be copied or republished without permission. You keep all rights to the photos you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security, and no uploading of unlawful or infringing content.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Photo Magnets is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Get Photo Magnets operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
